विद्यालय पत्रिका – हिंदी निबंध

शिक्षा का उद्देश्य बच्चे का विकास है. शिक्षा बच्चे का सर्वांगीण विकास करना चाहती है. इसके लिए विभिन्न तरीके हैं. विद्यालय-पत्रिका उनमें से एक है. इसका प्रकाशन विद्यालय के विद्यार्थियों के द्वारा होता है. इससे विद्यार्थियों के विकास में सहायता मिलती है. विद्यार्थी पत्रिका में कुछ लिखने के लिए प्रोत्साहित होते हैं.

विद्यालय को अनेक महत्वपूर्ण कार्य करने पड़ते हैं. इसे नवीन भारत का निर्माण करना है. इसे आदर्श नागरिक पैदा करना है. इसे अच्छे समाज का निर्माण करना है. इसे भविष्य का नेता तैयार करना है. विद्यार्थियों को भविष्य का सामना करना है. विद्यालयपत्रिका के माध्यम से वे अपने विचारों और दृष्टिकोणों को जाहिर कर सकते हैं. विद्यालयपत्रिका उन्हें उचित दृष्टिकोण अपनाने में प्रशिक्षित करने की क्षमता रखती है.

विद्यालय-पत्रिका का प्रकाशन पुस्तकों की तरह होता है. इसे सम्पादकमंडल की आवश्यकता होती है. इस मंडल की रचना शिक्षकों और विद्यार्थियों के योग से होती है. विद्यालय-पत्रिका के प्रभारी शिक्षक उच्चतम वर्ग के एक विद्यार्थी का चुनाव करते हैं. 

वे शिक्षक उस विद्यार्थी को सम्पादन-कला में प्रशिक्षित करते हैं. विद्यार्थी अपनी रचनाएँ तैयार करते हैं. शिक्षक भी इसमें अपना योगदान देते हैं. सभी रचनाओं का सम्पादकमंडल अध्ययन करता है एवं उन पर पुनः विचार करता है. रचनाओं का अन्तिम चुनाव किया जाता है. 

चुनी हुई रचनाएँ प्रकाशन के लिए छापाखाने में भेज दी जाती हैं. इस कार्य के लिए विद्यार्थी फीस (शुल्क) के रूप में पैसे देते हैं. शुल्क की रकम एकत्रित की जाती है. कागज तथा प्रकाशन का खर्च विद्यालय चुका देता है. इसके बाद पत्रिका विद्यार्थियों में मुफ्त बाँट दी जाती है. बड़े-बड़े आदमियों को भी इसे उपहारस्वरूप दिया जाता है.

विद्यालय-पत्रिका विद्यार्थियों का जीवन है. इससे अनेक लाभ हैं. यह विद्यार्थियों को कुछ लिखने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करती है. इस उद्देश्य के लिए विद्यार्थी पुस्तकों और समाचार-पत्रों का अध्ययन करते हैं. वे कविताएँ लिखते हैं. वे निबन्ध लिखते हैं. वे पहेलियाँ चुनते हैं. वे पत्रिका-प्रेमी बनते हैं. 

उनकी रुचियों का विकास होता है. वे अपनी रचनाओं को प्रकाशित देखकर गर्व का अनुभव करते हैं. वे पत्रिका में अपने नाम छपे हुए देखकर फूले नहीं समाते. उनकी यह रुचि उन्हें एक दिन महान पुरुष बनाती है.

विद्यालय-पत्रिका विद्यार्थियों का एक रजिस्टर है. वे अपने भविष्य की रचनाओं के लिए सामग्री एकत्र करना प्रारम्भ कर देते हैं. वे अन्य साधनों से सूचनाएँ एकत्र करते हैं. यह आदत उनकी बड़ी मदद करती है. इससे उनका ज्ञान बढ़ता है. उनका दृष्टिकोण और ज्ञान विकसित होता है. उनका विषय-वस्तु सम्बन्धी ज्ञान ठोस बनता है.

विद्यालय-पत्रिका विद्यालय का उपयोगी देन है. इसकी अनेक उपयोगिताएँ हैं. इसमें आदर्श नेतृत्व पैदा करने की शक्ति है. इसमें भविष्य में आदर्श नागरिक के निर्माण करने की शक्ति है. इससे विद्यालय की प्रसिद्धि बढ़ती है.

यह अच्छे विद्यार्थियों और आदर्श नागरिकों को बना सकता है. विद्यालय भी आदर्श पत्रिका को प्रकाशित कर गौरव का अनुभव करता है. पत्रिका विद्यालय का इतिहास अथवा उसका दर्पण है.

Education aims to develop the child. It desires the all-around development of the child. There are many ways for it. The school magazine is one of the aids. It is meant for the school. It is published by the students of a school. It helps the growth of students. Students feel encouraged to write something for the magazine.

The school has important tasks to perform. It has to build a new India. It has to prepare ideal citizens. It has to make citizens of tomorrow. Students have to face the future. It is the school magazine that gives them an opportunity to express their ideas and viewpoints. The school magazine has the power to train them for proper expression of views.

The school magazine is published like books. This requires an editorial board. The board consists of teachers and taughts. A teacher-in-charge of the magazine selects a senior class student. He trains him, prepares him and teaches him the methods of editing the paper. The articles are written by students. Teachers also contribute to it. 

The final selection is made. It is sent to the press for publication. For this purpose, students are asked to pay in the shape of the fee. The fee amount is collected. The cost of publication and paper is paid by the school. The magazine is then distributed among the students. It is presented to senior citizens of the town.

The school magazine is the life of students. It is full of usefulness. It encourages the students to write something. They try to compose poems. They write essays. They select riddles. They become magazine-minded. Their tastes get improved. 

Some of their articles are published. The students feel proud to see their articles published. They feel overjoyed to see their names printed in the magazine. This taste someday makes them great men.

The magazine is a record of the activities of the students. They begin collecting materials for their future articles. They gather information from other sources. This habit helps them greatly. Their knowledge gets increased. Their objective view and knowledge are also developed. Their subjective approach becomes sound.

The school magazine is a useful product of the school. It has the power to make ideal leaders. It has the power to build up ideal citizens of tomorrow. It spreads the fame of the school. It can make good students and ideal citizens. The school also feels proud of producing ideal citizens. The school magazine is the life-history or the mirror of the school.
